As a dynamic keynote speaker, he specialises in
Change management and transformation,
Mindset & Resilience training, and Positive
Leadership Development.
Stephen’s extensive background includes
spearheading impactful initiatives such as the
MORSE Project, focusing on Mindset, Optimism,
Resilience, Strengths, and Empathy. He excels in
enhancing organisational Psychological Capital,
leading to improved collaboration, job
satisfaction, and reduced turnover. With a
Master’s Degree in Applied Positive Psychology
and certifications in NLP and Insights Discovery,
Stephen is dedicated to empowering individuals
